License grant
When you purchase an OG $quirtz digital song or album, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and listen to that purchased music for your personal, non-commercial use.
Permitted use
You may listen on your own devices and make reasonable personal backup copies, provided you do not share or distribute them.
Uses not included
Your purchase does not authorize redistribution, resale, file sharing, public uploads, sublicensing, sampling, remixing, derivative works or use in advertising, films, television, games, monetized content or other commercial productions.
Rights retained
The copyright and other rights in each recording, musical composition, artwork and related material remain with the applicable rights holders. Buying a digital file does not transfer those rights.
Commercial licensing
Commercial uses, synchronization, samples and remixes require separate written permission from the applicable rights holders. For inquiries, email [email protected].
Violation
Use outside this license may result in termination of the license and any remedies available under applicable law. Nothing here removes statutory exceptions that cannot legally be waived.
